I worked as a Consultant as part of academically sponsored team-based project Consulting for Silent Falcon UAS Technologies

Together with a team of four (4) MBA students, we developed a resource planning model for Silent Falcon, addressing their growth objectives through data-driven analysis, stakeholder interviews, and scenario planning to enhance capacity and support international expansion and growth opportunities.
